Family and shared access
There are two different situations here, and they are solved differently.
People inside one account
The Family section. You add people — a partner, children — and tick which accounts are whose. From then on the app sorts it out itself: income arriving on someone's account is their income, spending leaving it is their spending.
Nothing extra to enter at the till, and everything already recorded is attributed at once, retroactively.
Accounts given to nobody show up as common money.
Separate logins
The Shared access section. You create an invitation link and send it. The other person signs in as themselves and sees the same budget: the same accounts, transactions, categories and goals.
While somebody is working in another person's budget, a bar at the top of the screen names the owner — so an expense does not land in the wrong budget.
Safety
The link lasts seven days and works once. Access can be taken back at any moment and stops immediately. Access is full: whoever you invite sees everything and can change everything.
